Parkgate Community Tables

On behalf of Parkgate Society, we’d like to extend a warm invitation to your business or organization to participate in our upcoming annual Community Day. This exciting afternoon aims to bring together our vibrant community, foster connections, and promote local businesses and non-profit organizations.

Community Day is scheduled to take place on September 13 outside the Parkgate Community Centre from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Your participation is crucial to the success of this event, and we would be delighted to have you join us.

Community tables play a vital role in raising awareness of your organization, increasing your community profile, and creating a more engaging event. To guarantee your organization’s presence, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The deadline to book a table is Friday, August 15. Securing your spot early enables us to plan the event accordingly.

As a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community, we are pleased to offer complimentary tables to non-profit organizations. For businesses interested in participating, we kindly request a nominal fee of $100 per table or $10 for young entrepreneurs (ages 20 and under). Your generous contributions will help cover the expenses associated with entertainment, activities, food, and more, ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees.
