As a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community, we are pleased to offer complimentary tables to non-profit organizations. For businesses interested in participating, we kindly request a nominal fee of $100 per table or $10 for young entrepreneurs (19 and under). Your generous contributions will help cover the expenses associated with entertainment, activities, food, and more, ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees. Secure your spot at the event by completing the attached table application form. This form will help us gather the necessary information and ensure that we can accommodate your participation. Please fill out the form and return it via email or drop it off at the Parkgate Community Centre front reception. To guarantee your organization’s presence, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The deadline to book a table is Friday, August 18th. By securing your spot early, you’ll enable us to plan the event accordingly.
