The Andy Griffith Show (1960–1968) was a go to program for many. The show took place in the fictional town of Mayberry, North Carolina, where Andy, a widower, was the sheriff and town sage. Here is a reunion from 1993:
Lunch topic of conversation:
“Who was the first man in space? Do you remember where you were?” Who was the first man to walk on the moon?” “Did you watch the launch of the First Space Shuttle Columbia on April 12, 1981?” The links below answer all of these questions.
Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin (9 March 1934 — 27 March 1968) was a Soviet pilot and cosmonaut. He was the first human to journey into outer space, when his Vostok spacecraft completed an orbit of the Earth on 12 April 1961:

Hidden Figures is a great movie to watch (unfortunately not on Netflix) about some of the brains behind the work of NASA. https://family.20thcenturystudios.com/movies/hidden-figures. HIDDEN FIGURES is the true story of three African-American women who worked for NASA in the 1950s and ’60s. They served as “human computers,” doing complex mathematics and engineering tasks to help launch the manned spaceflight program — particularly, sending astronaut John Glenn into orbit. Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan, and Mary Jackson are all brilliant women who’ve landed jobs as computers at NASA’s Langley Research Center (in the segregated West Area Computers division).
Time for some exercise – Sherry Zak Morris – First song is “Stop in the Name of Love”. If you let this play on there should be other great music and yoga dance moves.
