Infant/Toddler Care (6 mo – 3 years)
Our program serves children 6 months to 3 years. Children begin through a process of gradual entry which allows parents to be with their children as they become comfortable in this new environment.
We provide physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and creative development through play and exploration. We broaden the interests and abilities of the children in our care, while respecting and celebrating the diversity of our families and the community.
Sample of Daily Schedule:
8:00am: | Program opens: free play, art, gross motor activities, diapering/toileting |
Mid-morning: | Snack time, circle time (encouraged but not required) & outdoor play time. We go outside just about every day for at least a short period of time. We play in the playground, take short walks, visit the library, or go to the gym. |

Noon: | Lunch time |
After lunch: | Nap time |
Mid-afternoon: | Quiet play, walks in the building, diapering/toileting & snack time, more outside play time or gross motor room |
