(Upper Beginner/Intermediate)

Would you like to improve your English? This class will give you an opportunity to practise your speaking skills. We will focus on topics for everyday communication. We will also cover basic grammar but mostly focus on opportunities to improve your English conversation skills. Topics will be based on the needs and interests of the class.

Fridays 10 AM – 12 PM
April 8 – June 17 (10 lessons – no class on April 15th)
Childminding Available

Cost:
260 for 10 weeks (no childminding)
$310 for 10 weeks (with childminding – one child, each additional child is $40)

Sarah Barr is a qualified English language instructor and elementary teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has taught in England, New Zealand, Ontario and British Columbia. She has extensive grammatical knowledge, is trained in task-based learning, and has prepared students for Cambridge and TOEFL examinations.

Sarah is also a volunteer for North Shore Emergency Management where she gives presentations on earthquake preparedness.
