Welcome to Day 7 of our Virtual My Parkgate Break!

Let’s start the day with some exercise.  Here is Jen Dibnah with Chair Yoga at Parkgate:

Lunch topic of conversation:

Do you believe in magic? Watch this and then go for lunch and share if you have ever played a trick on someone…

What about a walk and culture at the same time?  Better yet, let’s also add some travel.  Have you been to Rome?  Did you visit the Colosseum? The Colosseum, also called Flavian Amphitheatre, is a giant amphitheatre built in Rome under the Flavian emperors. Construction of the Colosseum began sometime between 70 and 72 ce during the reign of Vespasian. It is located just east of the Palatine Hill, on the grounds of what was Nero’s Golden House.

Here is a walking tour that we can go and experience together:

If you enjoyed that and want more information about the Colosseum.  Click here for the facts.

Some people are cat lovers and some are dog lovers (some prefer not to have pets at all or prefer more exotic pets).  Here are some entertaining clips of the antics of cats and dogs. I’ll maybe find other more exotic animal clips for another day.

I hope you had a great day. I miss you all.

Check back on Thursday, April 30, 2020 for another great day (or return to this day if you are bored).
