May 1: Chicken Enchiladas
Shredded chicken, beans, cheese and enchilada sauce rolled and baked into a corn tortilla.
May 8: Moussaka
A Greek recipe with thick layers of eggplant, beef in tomato sauce and Bechamel sauce.
May 15: Tuscan Chicken
Chicken breasts with Italian spices simmered in a cream sauce with parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.March 27: Meatloaf & Vegetable Casserole
May 22: Penne Bombay
Tantalizing prawns, curry paste, powder, and Parmesan cheese come together in this creamy pasta dish.
May 29: Chicken with Orzo
Juicy chicken thighs on a bed of creamy orzo with fresh cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta.

Summer BBQ in the Plaza
Join us for BBQ in the Parkgate Plaza, enjoy a hamburger or hot dog, chips and a drink in lieu of our usual Wednesday Dine-in Meals for three spectacular days in the summer! All ages welcome!

Winter Lights Community Meal
Visit Parkgate’s Winter Lights event and have dinner by donation! It’s the perfect family event starting with a hot meal!
Holiday Lunch
Every year we host a full turkey and all the trimmings lunch. Live music and carolling with our 3-5 aged childcare kids! Sign up early because this event fills quickly.
